buy an eyebrow brush and stick it in an eyeshadow color thats similar to your brow, and lightly brush over it, it will give it a thicker look until it grows out.

Im a Master Esthetician and with clients that have over pluked eyebrows I tell them to not touch them and ever four-six weeks to come see me. Make sure they just do a small clean up and dont go near your arch area. Takng hair pills will work. When people what their hair to grow, (on their head) it works all over as well. You have to remember it will take time!!!! However where you have over plucked you might have bald spots, but they may fill in later on. I also have my clients get their eyebrows tinted. there are alot of hair that are really tiny and bloned that you might not see. Last remember your eyebrows are ment to be sisters not twins.
