Spend a good 45-60mins relaxing before bed - no work, don't watch any TV that will get you intersted, no emails, etc. Have a warm drink - not tea or coffee as they contain caffeine, perhaps cocoa or warm milk as they promote good sleep. Maybe read a book. Set yourself a time to go to bed and try to stick to it. Your room shouldn't be too hot or cold, your bed should be enticing (no lumpy mattresses). You should have no distractions in your room e.g. TV, radio, work, etc. Lie in a position (maybe your right hand side) and stick to it every night. By doing this, you will train your brain to respond to this and after just a short while you will fall asleep as easily as a little baby!

wanna fall asleep faster? maybe u have something on your mind? wel do u know wat i do when i cant fall asleep? well i write all thats bothering me or wat im excited about on a piece of paper or toilet paper(so i can flush it down wen im done)..this really works...in case of writin on paper just crumble it or put it away....im sure after that u gona get sum sleep

Turn light out, get comfy, close your eyes then plan a journey you know well! In your mind get into your car, turn right etc 'see' the streets, houses and you'll be asleep before you've left London
