When you get out of the shower, before towelling off, use your wet wash cloth to apply baby oil all over your body. Then apply lotion over top of the oil. The oil traps the moisture and the lotion adds an extra layer. I got rid of my bumps and people constantly compliment me on how soft and smooth my skin is.

It is possible that you have Keratosis Pilaris, in which case, there is no "cure." It's totally harmless, just kind of annoying. Lotions and loofahs may temporarily help, but it's genetic, and there's no way to permanently get rid of it. I have it, and the best thing I've found is to come to terms with the fact that it's not going anywhere--though I may try a new lotion that just came out called Amlactin XL. There are a million "proven cures" out there that people will swear worked (I've heard everything from swishing coconut oil in your mouth 20 minutes a day to rubbing peanut butter on your arms), and if you want to try them, go ahead. You just have to make the decision as to how much of your life you're willing to spend trying to make the bumps go away.

Ive got it and done everything to get rid of it the only thing is to cover it up either a bit of fake tan or MAC face and body foundation which is fantastic as it dosent rub off.
