Try to hang your clothes up or put them in the washing basket straight away after wearing them. Put shoes away. Try to keep dressing table, cupboard tops clear (easier to dust when clutter free). Have a sort out of old magazines, papers etc periodically to keep the floor space clear for vacuuming. Get planty of wardrobe space so that stuff can be put away out of sight. My mum would have welcomed these tips when I was younger, my bedroom was awful, dust, clutter etc. You could write your name in the dust on the dust!
