There's usually a lot of eye contact. That person will listen attentively to everything you say. They'll want to know about you. They'll smile a lot when you're speaking and really laugh at anything slightly amusing you might say. They'll subconsciously mimic your body language and I think one of the real give aways, is that they'll try and touch you, even if it's gently across your hand - they're just saying they want to get closer.

It's all in the eyes! if you say something, and then look away, you should see them still watching you out of the corner of your eye, they may even have a goofy smile on their face, if they are particularly bad at subtlety!
