Personally I've been following Lauren Brook's The Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettebells and her principles as she is in fabulous shape after giving birth to each of her children. My lower body has been shrinking. Unfortunately I need to lose more from my top than my bottom.

I found that if you eat sensibly and then walk for about an hour at least for at least 5 days a week within about 4 weeks you should lose about 10 pound in weight at least and to lose another 7 pound or more do some form of toning which i found a dance class for and that work after about 2 weeks. Drink water everyday and don't eat after 8pm! bring your baby for the walk and dance for 30 mins for 3 days a week. Then make playtime with your baby about physical activity with them and thats extra exercise too....good luck xxx
