I have been using a shampoo which is called Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo for the last 2 months and I bought it as It said it makes your hair fuller, however since using it people keep telling me how much my hair has grown.This is the only thing I have changed in my hair regime so am assuming the caffeine must somehow stimulate hair growth. I heard to take pre-natal vitamins. They have more of the vitamins that make hair grow. I have done it a few times since I like to have long hair and it seems to work--not just for hair but for nails too!
