Have a couple of squares of really dark, rich chocolate once a day. Something like Green and Blacks. The intensity seems to stop any cravings and you only need a really small amount.

This may sound really silly, but I put an elastic band around my wrist, and everytime I got a craving, i pinged it. And it actually worked.

First of all....DONT GIVE IN! Because as soon as you do, you'll want more, and more, and more! Speaking as a fellow chocolate addict(!), I recommend brushing your teeth after meals or rinsing with mouthwash regularly, if at home, as the constant taste of mint in your mouth will ensure you do not crave the chocolate flavour. If at first you still, you soon wont when the toothpaste mixes with the chocolate....eurgh! If youre not at home and crave chocolate, the same effect can be produced by chewing gum. its worked great for me so far!

the way i do it! and it seems to have worked is stock up on fruit...instead of munching on chocolate grab an apple or some grapes, it worked so well for me! and brush your teeth after every meal, you have less of an urge to taste toothpaste or mouthwash mixed in with chocolate! hope tht helps!
