Right now, just be his friend. If he has just broken up with his boyfriend, he's not ready for a new relationship, even though he may seem to be (i.e. his flirting.) If you go after him now, you will be his rebound person - that's all. So for now, just be his friend; he needs that more than anything else. If he is attracted to you, it will happen. Just don't rush it.
