Has something else happened or has he just stopped calling you like he used to? It could mean that your relationship has run its course. Men are simpler creatures than we are - their actions generally don't require the complex analyses that we tend to give them. Generally speaking, if he's not calling, he's not interested. And that's the case whether it's your first date or you've been together awhile. Guys tend to make themselves scarce and hope you get the hint. My advice is take the hint, move on and work on your trust issues while not being distracted by a relationship.

I agree with above tip. But again, alot of relationships have rough patches and if you want to work it out, it takes two, so you need to know if he wants to also. Also you need to ask yourself why you dont trust him, has he cheated or done something before and you suspect this may be the case again? But as regarding him calling you, tell him to show you respect, and not say he will call and then wont bother. But also you need to find out if him not calling anymore has something to do with a bigger picture. Tell him this is his chance to fight or walk away from your relationship.
